• Support strategic planning, programme design, and development of integrated health models aligned with organizational priorities and national health strategies • Ensure programmes and health initiatives are evidence-based, operationally feasible, ethically delivered, and designed for sustainable scale and impact. • Lead the integration of open-source, connectable digital health tools. Avoid building yet another parallel, siloed system. • Deploy AI tools that work in low-resource settings—things like risk triage, clinical decision support, and workflow automation that real communities can use. • Identify implementation gaps and provide technical recommendations for programme and systems improvement • Support evidence synthesis, technical reviews, and development of public health positioning documents • Contribute to organizational thought leadership on public health systems, digital health, urban health, and innovation • Maintain effective coordination with government authorities, hospitals, development partners, academic institutions, private sector actors, and technology partners • Support organizational learning and capacity strengthening related to public health systems, digital health, and evidence-based programming
• A master’s or PhD in health informatics, digital health, or data science. • Certifications in Agile product management (like CSPO) or health data standards (like HL7/FHIR) are a strong plus.
• Ability to design and connect health ecosystems, not just applications • Agile product ownership and a feel for building healthcare markets. • Hands-on skill in building data and AI pipelines. • Deep understanding of global digital health and how technology creates healthcare markets Minimum 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in public health, health systems strengthening, healthcare management, or digital health programming
