• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy in alignment with institutional and corporate objectives. • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors. • Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes, ensuring transparency and accountability. • Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management. • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard financial assets and reduce operational risks. • Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions as required. • Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance and professional growth. • Collaborate with senior leadership on funding strategies, investment planning, and capital allocation decisions.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. • Partly Qualification of CA will be preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or managerial finance role. • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial management. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills. • Proficiency in financial management systems, accounting software, and ERP platforms. • Compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements. • Effective cost management and financial resource optimization.
