• Lead overall programme operations across all districts and partner schools • Ensure timely and high-quality rollout of school onboarding, teacher training, and platform implementation • Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly implementation plans aligned with programme goals • Track deliverables, timelines, and milestones across teams to ensure targets are met • Supervise training, field, school support, and coordination teams • Set clear targets and ensure accountability for performance and delivery • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff and consultants • Run regular review meetings to track progress and address challenges • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on commitments with partners and donors • Represent the programme in coordination and review meetings when required • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to leadership, partners, and donors • Improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of programme delivery • Coordinate with finance and leadership on budget utilization and projections
• 5–6 years of experience in education programme implementation, edtech operations, or large-scale programme management • Proven experience managing multi-district or large-scale education programmes • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive accountability for results • Strong planning and execution skills across complex workstreams • High comfort using data to monitor progress and inform decisions • Excellent organizational and communication skills
