• Lead and drive the overall retail strategy across all campuses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Own and manage the P&L of the retail function, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability • Develop short- and long-term plans for scaling the retail business and enhancing customer experience • Lead the design and development of school uniforms, sportswear, and branded merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, bags, caps, mugs, and accessories) • Ensure all products reflect strong brand identity, quality, durability, and current design trends • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality and cost efficiency • Establish and manage efficient inventory systems to ensure optimal stock levels • Work closely with school leadership, administration, and marketing teams to align retail initiatives with academic calendars and events • Collaborate with internal teams to launch promotions and campaigns • Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management • Drive data-based decision-making to improve product mix and sales performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (BSc/BFA), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Candidates with a strong academic background in Fashion Design will be preferred
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in retail, merchandising, and product design • Proven experience in fashion/apparel design combined with retail or merchandising leadership • Experience in setting up or managing retail operations or a new business line will be a strong advantage
