• Develop and implement the SME product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. • Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends to design new SME products. • Lead product lifecycle management—including ideation, feasibility analysis, launch, enhancement, and retirement. • Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance. • Responsible to analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, Product Program Guideline (PPG), trends & operating metrics and gather competitive intelligence through primary and secondary means. • Develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & services to customer. • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to bring innovative solutions. • Conduct necessary market research and customer lifecycle analysis for development of the product • Collaborate with Credit Risk to refine underwriting criteria for SME segments. • Develop and maintain product policies, SOPs, and process documentation. • Lead digital onboarding and automated assessment initiatives for SME customers. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve product efficiency and market penetration.
• Minimum bachelor from nay reputed university
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Banks/ FI inclusive of 2-4 years of relevant experience in SME product designing • Strong business and analytical skill and critical reasoning. • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Standard English and Bangla communication skills (oral and written).
