● Apply strong technical expertise in fabrics, trims, washing, and finishing to translate tech packs into production-ready instructions. ● Ensure adherence to quality standards (AQL), compliance requirements, and effective product lifecycle management. ● Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring effective cross-functional coordination. ● Manage relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. ● Proactively handle critical situations such as production delays, quality issues, and claims resolution. ● Drive execution excellence by managing T&A calendars and ensuring on-time delivery with required quality standards. ● Ensure compliance with sustainability practices and align with ESG requirements of buyers. ● Utilize advanced digital tools, including Excel and ERP/PLM systems, to manage data, reporting, and decision-making. ● Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Degree in Textiles, Fashion Technology, or related field. MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
? 10–15+ years in apparel merchandising ? Strong exposure to international buyers/brands ? Experience handling end-to-end order lifecycle (development to shipment) ? Prior experience in managing large volumes & multiple factories/vendors ? Exposure to multi-country sourcing (advantageous) ? Experience integrating Excel outputs with ERP/PLM systems ? Strong skills in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis ? Familiarity with digital merchandising tools or dashboards
