• Oversee day-to-day operations of field representatives and Area coordinators • Ensure everyone is working as per work plan and remove any hurdle in delivering their monthly targets • Ensure attendance & other admin related issues of the team • Reporting to Management & the client • Communication with client
• At least Graduate degree from any reputed university • Masters degree from any reputed university will be an added benefit
• Experience in similar field i.e. activation • Experience in working with top multinational companies preferred • Experience in handling a large team across multiple divisions of Bangladesh • The job requires travelling to the field for at least 10 days every month. • Excellent communication skills
