• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and distribution on targets; • Assess the opportunity, convince the retailer and capture optimum sales orders as per company guidelines; • Build and maintain excellent relationships with the customers through superior service and prompt • complaint handling; • Coordinate with the delivery representative to ensure on-time and in full delivery of the goods and collection of payments; • Ensure product availability, visibility, and quality in all outlets within the route as per company guidelines; • Ensure placement, maintenance & retention of Point of Sales Materials at the right place • Identify top retail/wholesale customers for the product category and incorporate them in the sales beat • Monitor competitors’ activities, market developments, and report accordingly.
• Minimum HSC pass.
• Proven sales experience of at least 1-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably in Cosmetics or toiletries. • Ability to use sales force automation software • Having a smartphone is preferred. • Ability to travel as per requirement.
