• Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and strengthen market presence. • Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering value-based solutions. • Identify new business opportunities, prepare quotations, handle order processing, and take part in tender activities. • Oversee spare parts sales, coordinate with service teams, and ensure efficient order fulfillment. • Collect market insights, monitor industry trends, and generate reports to support decision-making. • Comply with company policies, enhance sales process efficiency, and maintain accurate documentation. • Drive business growth by exploring new applications and collaborating with OEM partners.
• Bachelor's degree in EEE/Marine/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; an MBA is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing or machinery. • Strong technical and commercial understanding of the business. • Technical expertise in engines/ Turbomachinery related spare parts or its related BOPs • Proven track record in sales, especially in complex sales within the targeted market. • Fluency in English. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making ability. • Team player with an intercultural & hunting mindset.
