• Translate Council decisions into actionable operational and institutional plans. • Provide strategic advice to the Council and Office Bearers on policy, regulatory, and public interest matters. • Advice on legal affairs. • Uphold integrity and transparency in disciplinary and governance processes. • Overall Operational Oversight, prudent use of institutional resources and compliance with financial policies, propose new revenue streams, promote cost optimization. • Ensure executive management leadership and Implementation of Annual Work Plans
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• 15–20 years of experience in senior leadership roles within professional institutions, regulatory bodies, professional services firms, or large national or multinational organizations. • Demonstrated experience in governance, institutional management, and stakeholder engagement • Knowledge of governance, regulatory frameworks, and institutional administration. • Ability to represent the Institute effectively with government, regulators, and stakeholders.
