• Support the team in monitoring programme finances and preparing monthly financial reports. • Prepare activity plans for assigned projects, including estimating monthly budget requirements, developing cash flow projections, and reporting on variances from previous projections. • Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for procurement needs of the SBU and liaise with the central procurement team to manage the procurement process. • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistics support to the project team. • Prepare accurate and timely minutes for internal and external meetings. • Coordinate logistical arrangements for any training or workshop arranged by the British Council at internal or external venues. • Support the Programme Manager in implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework for assigned projects. • Coordinate with delivery partners to collect monthly data and information in line with the M&E plan using agreed data collection tools and methods. • Assist the Programme Manager in managing Information Governance and Risk Management tasks, including maintaining accurate records of stored items. • Support programme related data collection activities from partners for the British Council, as assigned.
• Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or Education, or a related field from any reputed university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in youth development sector • Ability to communicate effectively in English. • Basic IT skills, including standard office software.
