• Coordinate daily project activities and timelines for SAP Payroll implementation. • Support data cleansing, validation, and migration tasks. • Assist in preparing and executing test scripts for UT/IT/UAT. • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports. • Facilitate communication between HR, Finance, IT, and SAP consultants. • Support parallel runs, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or HRIS; SAP experience preferred. • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills. • Good understanding of payroll processes and compliance basics. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
