● Conduct regular audits of production sites and ensure timely follow-up on CorrectiveAction Plans (CAPs). ● Support the Production Control Department in carrying out Production Audits, ensuring there is no unauthorized subcontracting or warehouse usage. ● Monitor and track production sites' progress on structural audits. ● Conduct Initial audit in the new production units to analyze their compliance status including preliminary review on availability of structural documents. ● Perform initial audits for new production units to assess compliance, including preliminary reviews of structural documents. ● Investigate grievances raised by brands or other stakeholders, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for resolution. ● Provide guidance and training to suppliers on best practices and audit preparedness.
? Bachelor's degree in Social Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
? Minimum 10 years of experience in social/ethical auditing within the apparel sourcing business. ? Strong understanding of labor laws, ILO conventions, and global compliance standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and SLCP. ? Professional audit certifications (e.g., SA8000, ISO 14001) are an advantage. ? Knowledge on Betterwork Platform, Traceability Audit, Primark Audit Management is preferred. ? Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
