• Master’s degree (MBA in HRM preferred) or PGDHRM with:
• At least 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resource. • Strong academic and professional qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. • Senior HR leadership experience in the real estate sector will be preferable. • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, and corporate governance. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • High ethical standards with the ability to work across cultures. • Strategic leadership & people management • Regulatory compliance & governance • Training & development • Employee engagement & performance management
