● Build the company audit protocol and execution roadmap to meet the customer demand and ensure that all the registered production sites are fully compliant. ● Ensure production sites achieve at least an Amber rating and sustain the result ● Ensure the production sites adhere to the continuous improvements to have a sustainable vendor base for the business. ● Ensure production sites fail to achieve at least an Amber rating due to nonconformities, not remaining in the RED category for more than one audit cycle as a registered vendor. ● Implement a structured audit schedule to ensure registered production sites are continuously prepared for unannounced audits, with a strong focus on ethical and social compliance. ● Ensure no unauthorized subcontracting and unauthorized warehouse usage of the production with deliberate and continuous follow-up. ● Maintain up-to-date data and analytics with accuracy and accessibility at any given time. ● Set KPIs and management reporting structures for team members and present execution progress reports to management. ● Develop and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives to meet customer requirements, with a strong focus on environmental compliance and chemical management. ● Lead and support project execution to meet customer recommendations, maintain the company standards, and strengthen customer relationships. ● Mentor and lead the team, identify development needs, and conduct performance reviews to support professional growth. ● Address timely the non-compliance issues with respective stakeholders and develop action plans and execute the same with close follow-up. ● Lead KPI-driven execution, maintain departmental performance, develop and mentor talent with succession planning, and ensure on time performance.
? Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field
? Minimum 15 years of experience with proven track record in managerial roles. ? Strong experience with best European or US brands in the relevant field ? Capable of dealing with both factories and customers ? Willing to visit factories regularly by themselves
