● Prepare detailed costing for wash orders to ensure accurate pricing and order confirmation. ● Develop samples with required washes and treatments, including multiple wash proposals for buyer review. ● Research and implement new wash techniques, including recipe development, process setting, and risk assessment. ● Ensure wash and garment quality as per buyer standards and technical requirements. ● Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Quality teams throughout development and production stages ● Perform shade matching, bulk & sample inspection, and troubleshooting during production; take corrective decisions for proper resolution. ● Identify and implement alternative solutions (recipes, methods, chemicals, or suppliers) to achieve optimum results in quality, lead time, and cost. ● Evaluate the washing factory in terms of capacity, capability, strengths, and weaknesses; support continuous improvement of wash standards. ● Handle wash approvals and conduct factory visits as required. ● Detect defects, label and classify rejects, and ensure proper segregation of non-conforming garments. ● Maintain strong technical knowledge of knit, woven fabrics, and trims in relation to washing processes. ● Ensure Production planning to ensure delivery on time for Bulk & Development. ● Keep all wash records, approvals, recipes, and reports properly organized and up to date.

? Minimum5-7years of experience in the similar industry. ? Advanced knowledge of knit and woven wash processes and recipe development ? Experienced in Costing, Cost Optimization, Quality, Wet treatment Recipes, Special processes, and Chemicals. ? Strong expertise in wash costing, chemical optimization, and process control ? Proven ability in bulk troubleshooting, shade management, and risk mitigation ? Sound understanding of buyer standards, testing, and approval procedures ? Capability for production management for Bulk & Development. ? Strong leadership in cross-functional coordination (Merchandising, Production, Planning, Quality) ? Expertise in defect analysis, corrective action, and quality assurance ? Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills ?
