• Oversee garment construction processes, ensuring accuracy in pattern making, grading, measurement specifications, and sewing techniques. • Develop, review, and validate detailed measurement charts and size specifications to ensure consistency across size sets. • Review and approve tech packs, CAD designs, development samples, pre-production samples, and size sets before bulk production. • Conduct fit sessions, evaluate garment fit on live models/mannequins, and recommend necessary pattern or construction adjustments. • Identify and mitigate technical and production risks through proactive risk assessments during development and pre-production stages. • Review fabric and trim test reports, including color fastness, shrinkage, durability, and other quality parameters, to ensure compliance with standards. • Investigate quality issues, customer returns, and production discrepancies, providing corrective and preventive action plans. • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and buyer-specific quality standards throughout product development and production cycles. • Utilize software tools such as Excel, Illustrator, and CLO for technical documentation, 3D sampling, fit visualization, and reporting. • Prepare technical reports, measurement analysis, and production summaries for internal and buyer review. • Travel between Bangladesh operational units/factories to conduct on-site fit reviews, quality checks, and technical audits as required
• Degree or diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Design/Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the similar industry. • Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) for liaising with buyers, suppliers, designers, and production teams. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Proactive mindset to drive technical improvements and ensure on-time deliverables. • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with service management software/tools.
