• Planning and allocating yearly budget for the sales team. • Market forecasting and feeding overall market information to the supply chain team. • Developing accessories business with major global brands is must. • Analyzing sales trend of the team to identify the growth potentials and improvement areas. • Ensuring that team is attending growth aligning with regional and global interest. • Developing and penetrating accessories business in the local market. • Maintaining internal relationship with the operation team to attain customer priorities and company interests. • Keeping excellent relationship with business partners, local and global. • Preparing reports on team initiative, actions, results and present to management. • Analyzing reports on business gain and loss, new business opportunity report, competitor`s activities and retail business update and taking appropriate initiatives along with sales team.
• BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing) from a reputed university will be given priority.
• 12 to 15 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments Accessories
• Strong knowledge of garments and accessories (Tag, Label, Heat Seal/ Heat transfer label, RFID, Paper Hanger, Elastic and Sewing Thread). • Applicants should have good experience in operating of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, MS Word etc.), be well versed in all excel spreadsheet related and ERP software knowledge will be an added advantage. • Preferably in garments accessories industry.
