• Lead strategy and programme design for health workforce skills and workforce development (e.g., nursing, care giving) initiatives. • Oversee development and scaling of competency-based training programmess and assessment systems. • Ensure training quality, standardsation, and relevance across delivery models. • Build and manage partnerships with government bodies, professional councils, hospitals, training institutes, and employers in home and abroad. • Lead accreditation, regulatory alignment, and recognition of training and certification. • Provide leadership and technical guidance to training, programme, and field teams. • Support resource mobilization through proposal development and donor/partner engagement for programme sustainability. • Manage unit resources including budgeting and documentation
• Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medical Education, Health Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in skills development, nursing education, or large-scale training programmes. • Demonstrated leadership in multi-partner and multi-site initiatives. • Strong understanding of Bangladesh’s health systems and healthcare regulations, health training and service delivery context. • Experience working with NGOs/enterprises, donors, government agencies, or academic institutions.
