• Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions. • Planning business development strategies in line with company’s long term strategic goals. • Managing risk by taking proper decision/action during volatile market situation. • Job Description/ Main Responsibilities: • Develop infrastructure and energy related projects by proactively making various effective initiative and ensure long term profitability in the organization. • Engage deeply in making joint collaboration with local conglomerates/government agencies to satisfy their needs in business and cater the needs by offering company’s various functions and values. • Identify new industry or market trends and explore new business possibilities to create new scheme utilizing locally available expertise and competitive advantage • Demonstrate knowledge on Tender based market management especially on government procurements. • Regular market research and report the content to senior management (Local & HQ). • As per business needs & internal practice, the incumbent has to make on-site visits outside Dhaka during project execution and participate in various international and domestic training & business trips.
• Bachelor Degree from any local or international University
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the area of power & energy related Project
• Strong command on English • Self-starter and dynamic • Creative & resilient • Risk analyst & appropriate risk taker
