• Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve company’s financial growth and market share. • Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions. • Planning business development strategies in line with company’s long term strategic goals. • Managing risk by taking proper decision/action during volatile market situation. • A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e., through face-to-face/virtual meeting, attending various seminar/conference etc. • Studying various business models of the company and creation of a suitable fitment of local opportunity into company’s business model is essential. The incumbent will have to utilize creativity & acumen to craft such workable model. • Regular market research and report the content to senior management. • The incumbent will have to educate the local market situation on regular basis to overseas offices/partners. Also, will establish proper reporting system which will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions in efficient manner. • The incumbent will have to use advance problem-solving abilities in case of crisis moment and volatile market situation by analyzing & assessing risk • As per business needs & internal practice, the incumbent will be required to take international business trip and attend international training.
• Bachelor Degree from any local or international University
• Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience
• Strong command on English • Self-starter and dynamic • Creative & resilient • Risk analyst & appropriate risk taker
