• Ensure 100% safety and security of the plant and colony premises through effective team supervision. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and intelligence agencies (Local PS, NSI, DGFI, etc.). • Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents with no delays. • Conduct effective security risk assessments and implement necessary controls. • Maintain timely communication with NBBL Management regarding any security breaches or failures. • Enforce security protocols, including access control, night rounds, and restricted area monitoring. • Manage surveillance systems (CCTV) and report suspicious activities or anomalies. • Conduct regular security inspections and provide physical and classroom-based training, including firefighting. • Ensure proper record-keeping and maintenance of security management systems. • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and collaborate with the O&M team for fire protection system inspections. • Report near misses, incidents, and safety violations; ensure full compliance with safety standards and BBS programs. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of industrial security management, risk assessment (RCA), emergency response, and workplace compliance requirements.
• Honor’s, bachelor’s, or any vocational degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of service experience in security operations, supervision.
• Retired Defense Personnel with minimum rank of Sergeant or above. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial or plant security. • Physically fit and medically sound. • Proficiency in regular computer operations (MS Office).
