• Lead Engineering, PPIC, and Production teams to implement manufacturing strategies tailored to the toiletries industry, focusing on product quality, safety, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. • Develop and cascade clear department goals aligned with corporate strategies to drive growth and market competitiveness in personal care products to home care products. • Collaborate with supply chain teams for accurate supply and demand planning, ensuring uninterrupted product availability. • Manage the annual manufacturing budget, forecasting capital expenditures for plant capacity expansion and technology upgrades aligned with toiletries market trends. • Lead initiatives to reduce production waste, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product integrity or compliance. • Oversee master production scheduling and operational budgets, ensuring high standards for cost, quality, and delivery in toiletries product lines. • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to maintain industry best practices and compliance. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with Engineering to ensure reliability of specialized toiletries manufacturing equipment. • Ensure strict adherence to EHS regulations and toiletries industry standards, promoting a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
