• Monitor daily operations of franchise locations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, customer experience, cleanliness, and inventory management. • Identify areas for operational improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct regular visits and performance reviews with franchise stores. • Drive top and bottom aggressively and monitor business trends and implement corrective actions for underperforming stores. • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery across all branches. • Support franchisees in resolving operational challenges and ensure satisfaction. Support in pre-opening activities including staff hiring, setup, and stocking. • Implement store expansion, refurbishment, and location strategy. • Ensure all outlets comply with food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies. • Liaise with marketing, supply chain, finance, and SCM teams to support franchise operations. • Work with Commercial Team & Logistics to maintain product availability, quality standards and effective promotional and other marketing activities. • Collaborate with HR Department to engage in recruitment process to fill vacant positions at the Outlets, Employee grievance handling, performance appraisals, Training & other issues.
• Business Graduate, Preferably MBA with major in Marketing
• 8-10 years experience of work in the Operation Management • Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working • Knowledge on SAP will be preferable.
