• The job holder is primarily responsible for managing and monitoring the Regional/ Zonal/ Area Managers and Outlet Teams. • Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets. • Collaborate with marketing, category, supply chain and inter functional teams to align store activities with wider business goals. • Monitor and improve in-store processes including merchandising, inventory, POS systems, and hygiene standards. • Drive top and bottom aggressively and monitor business trends and implement corrective actions for underperforming stores. • Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to optimize promotional effectiveness. • Address escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. • Manage P&L for the retail business; drive sales and control costs. • Establish performance targets and conduct regular reviews to drive reward, develop or appropriate actions • Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability and reduce stock outs. • Ensure all outlets comply with food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Business Graduate, Preferably MBA with major in Marketing
• 12 years of experience of work in the Operation Management • Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working • Knowledge on SAP will be preferable
