• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 14–20 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within building material, cement, steel, or related industries. • Proven ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders and manage complex organizational dynamics with discretion. • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
