• Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap in alignment with ompany’s strategic objectives. • Drive adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business scalability. • Identify opportunities for process automation, data analytics, and digital innovation across business functions. • Lead and supervise all in-house and outsourced software development activities to ensure quality, timely delivery, and business relevance. • Define and maintain software architecture standards, technology stack, and development methodologies (Agile/Scrum). • Ensure adherence to information security and regulatory compliance within all systems and applications. • Oversee enterprise-wide project management processes, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. • Establish a robust governance framework for tracking project performance and outcomes. • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams to strengthen delivery capability. • Collaborate with business units to translate functional requirements into technological solutions. • Manage relationships with external technology vendors, partners, and consultants to ensure value-driven service delivery. • Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and business impact. • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate transformation progress and technology performance. • Prepare reports and updates for the Management and Board on major transformation initiatives. • Ensure effective risk management, data protection, and business continuity planning.
• Minimum bachelor’s in computer science & technology from any reputed University.
• Minimum 12-years of hands-on work experience in a relevant field.
• Proven hands-on experience as a Lead or similar leadership role. • Have a strong understanding of business transformation, digital, Agile software development, and change delivery. • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. • Understanding of budgets and business-planning. • Excellent verbal and written communication.
