• Coordinate and monitor the overall training programs and ensure the smooth execution of the training program at the field level in four districts under the project • Regular communication and coordination with the Trainer at four districts (Manikganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi & Mymensingh) • Maintains instance collaborate and coordination with the Assistant Director of PKD/DEMO/WEWB and district and local level government agencies, DC office, civil society organizations, and private sector partners to implement different project related activities. • Assist in compiling and verifying lists of project beneficiaries and ensure accurate data entry in the KOBO. Also support logistical and administrative tasks. • Follow up and track the travel allowance provided through bKash. • Receive and document the feedback received on the training curriculum. • Participate in different types of training including comprehensive training on gender-responsive reintegration counseling, including case management and referral processes. • Monitor project progress, maintain beneficiary records and data, and contribute to the preparation of event-specific and periodic reports. • Conduct post-referral follow-ups with beneficiaries to ensure they access and benefit from the training and other services. • Support the implementation of field-level awareness campaigns and community mobilization initiatives. • Undertake duty travel within the country as required to support project activities and fulfil assigned responsibilities. • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Master’s degree/four-year Honors degree in any discipline from a reputed University.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in the similar field.
• Must have Computer proficiency in MS office. • The ability to work under pressure is essential. • Willingness to work in any location within the country is required. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Bangla and English.
