• Align HR strategy with business goals and future workforce planning. • Lead recruitment for key positions and oversee talent pipeline development. • Implement KPI-driven performance and reward systems to foster a results-oriented culture. • Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational growth initiatives. • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including job descriptions, performance appraisals, onboarding, exit/stay interviews, and disciplinary processes. • Champion cultural transformation initiatives like “7 Habits” and organizational ownership models. • Coordinate training programs to address competency gaps and promote soft skill development. • Manage office administration, outsourced workforce, and payment approvals. • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and internal policies. • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and HR data management systems.
• Master’s degree in HRM or a relevant field from a reputed University.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in dynamic organizations.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning, team development, and performance management. • Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and global HR best practices. • Ability to lead with influence, drive change, and foster a high-performance culture.
