• Achieve deposit mobilization targets as set by Management and actively contribute to business growth. • Identify and onboard new customers across diverse market segments through proactive sales initiatives. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of all deposit clients in coordination with the line supervisor. • Educate and inform customers about the bank’s products, services, and value-added features. • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit targets. • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s deposit products and related services to maximize customer value. • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with internal departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. • Drive CASA (Current and Savings Account) acquisition and growth through targeted customer engagement, relationship building, and proactive follow-up. • Contribute to the bank’s net portfolio growth by acquiring quality deposits and maintaining a healthy, sustainable client base.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Having experience of minimum 6 months in Banks or NBFIs. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in sales, deposit mobilization, or customer service within the banking sector will be an advantage. • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer operations. • Exceptional time management, communication and customer service skills.
