• Ensure uninterrupted operation of ETP & STP plant and improve ETP performance. • Conduct routine tests & analysis of ETP & STP effluent & treated water parameters like- pH, TDS, COD, BOD etc. ensuring the DoE regulatory limits are regularly maintained. • Maintain accurate logs & records of ETP parameters, chemical consumptions, sludge generation & disposal. • Monitor functionality & accuracy of ETP machinery, measuring equipment & QEHS testing apparatus by ensuring timely calibration & communication with relevant teams for preventive or breakdown maintenance. • Monitor the condition and operation of fire pumps to report to engineering team in case of abnormal situation or breakdown in fire detection & protection system. • Assist QEHS team to maintain PPE & EHS compliance in ETP and whole plant. • Provide support in conducting emergency response procedures, mock drills & training to build safety awareness & emergency preparedness. • Report unsafe activities & conditions throughout the plant proactively to find out hazards and associated risks. • Routine inspection and logging of workplace emissions and environmental impact through VOC tracking, LEL measurement, Light & noise level monitoring and waste management. • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of ETP area, tanks and pits to assist in obtaining 5S in ETP.
• SSC/Diploma pass.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience.
