• Head the Regulatory Affairs Division (RAD) and oversee the efficient functioning of the division in accordance with the terms of reference approved by the Board. • Liaise between the Exchange and BSEC on regulatory affairs. • Responsible for securing surveillance of market activities and information technology relating to surveillance. • Represent the Exchange in respect of all external investigations, law enforcement, prosecution agencies and courts of law and related matters.
• Bachelor in business, economics or law
• Professional designation like CFA, CA, CMA, CS, CPA etc., including not less than 10 (ten) years of professional and management experience.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of Capital Market operations.
