• To create holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience, sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc. • To manage costs through operating efficiencies and product innovation • To manage revenue by taking pricing decisions and utilizing forecasting tools. • Cross-functional interaction to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc. • Own the performance of the Holiday Package business. Monitor, analyze and report KPIs. Provide meaningful commentary and recommendations to the senior leadership team. • Negotiate agreements with tour operators, build a strong relationship with partners and keep track of contractual obligations. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and set goals for efficiency and strategy in your area. • Being able to deliver high-quality final output, in line with the main objective, with good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. • Define commercial strategies for promotions and campaigns • Maximize Holiday Package sales. Promote activities, provide visibility and agree necessary support for all planned activities. • Monitor, analyze and make/ test adjustments, to ensure competitiveness in the market. Monitor competitor activities, highlight any content and pricing gaps, to find opportunities to grow. • Support our product team in their improving process of the customer´s booking journey. • Act as the main point of contact for our customer service to analyze and understand the customer feedback and identify relevant improvements. • Meet the target and chase relentlessly to exceed.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Commerce/Marketing/Hospitality/Management or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' extensive experience in a managerial role in a major international airline, travel agency, travel company managing online-offline holidays product; experience with low cost.
• Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management training will be an added advantage. • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tour packaging, Tour Guide, Holiday Packages, Air ticketing. • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
