• Oversee all construction projects to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. • Lead and manage a team of engineers, project managers, and construction staff. • Develop and implement construction strategies that align with organizational goals. • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for construction projects, ensuring optimal utilization. • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all construction activities. • Liaise with government bodies, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. • Supervise procurement and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address delays or quality issues.
• BSc in Civil Engineering with MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Minimum 15 years in the construction industry, with significant experience in project management and leadership.
• Previous experience as Chief Engineer with PWD or LGED is highly encouraged.
