• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for project staff, assessments, and interviews. • Coordinate onboarding for new project team members, ensuring access to tools, orientation materials, and safeguarding briefings. • Facilitate induction sessions tailored to the project context and aligned with organizational values. • Conduct training needs assessments for project staff in coordination with project lead and line managers. • Monitor effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives within the project team and propose follow-up actions. • Promote an inclusive and collaborative culture within the project office through engagement activities and team events. • Gather and relay staff feedback to ensure project team voices are heard and reflected in POD actions. • Assist in managing project staff transitions such as promotions, role changes, and exits. • Draft HR communications and maintain up-to-date, confidential records for project staff in compliance with data protection policies. • Provide administrative and operational support to the POD function within the project office. • Assist in the roll-out of safeguarding and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives at the project level. • Ensure staff, partners, and community members involved in project implementation understand and comply with safeguarding policies. • Contribute to project-level safeguarding risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation measures. • Support delivery of gender-responsive and safeguarding-focused trainings at the project level. • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment in the project office and among field teams.
• Bachelors Degree in Human resource Management/Management /Public Administration or relevant subject. Advance studies in Organizational Development or relevant subject will be preferred.
• Minimum 02/3 years demonstrated experience in Human Resource (HR)/People functions. Sound knowledge on contemporary HR practice and processes, current HR trend, terminologies etc. and demonstrated expertise on their application in professional career. Working experience in a culturally diverse international organizations will get preference.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, regulations and through knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law is must. Proven experience on employee engagement and wellness initiatives. • Strong understanding of national policy, law, and governance landscape, especially in WASH. • Quick learner and detail oriented; proactive and self-motivated; ability to work independently.
