• Manage the MD’s daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans. • Prepare, organize, and circulate meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points. • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD. • Maintain effective filing systems and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. • Handle logistics for events, conferences, and business meetings. • Support the MD in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or communication conflicts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla. • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
