• Plan, execute, and manage marketing activations, targeted at driving brand awareness and engagement in the Bangladesh market. • Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns within deadlines and allocated budgets. • Design activation strategies that resonate with the cultural and behavioral nuances of Bangladeshi consumers • Conceptualize and develop creative, customer-centric shopper marketing materials such as point-of-sale (POS) displays, banners, posters, leaflets, and other retail-focused collateral. • Partner with designers and agencies to produce high-quality materials that effectively communicate key messaging at various touchpoints. • Collaborate with Bottling teams to ensure alignment with retailer-specific requirements and shopper insights. • Oversee the development of product labels and packaging artwork tailored to the Bangladesh market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and consumer preferences. • Lead the review and approval process for all branding elements, maintaining consistency with global brand guidelines while catering to the local audience. • Coordinate between internal brand teams, legal departments, design agencies, and bottlers to deliver error-free and culturally appropriate packaging materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or shopper activation, preferably in an FMCG. • Proven track record of managing activation campaigns and/or on-ground agency management. • Ability to travel within Bangladesh as per business needs. • Experience of working in an on-ground activation agency environment is preferred
