• Understand the business user’s requirements and database, along with data structure, to fulfil the requirements and management reporting. • Manager end user quarries and triage incidents as necessary. • Utilize BI tools to ensure business needs are met through accurate reporting and dashboards. • Provide recommendations to update the current MIS and data structure to improve reporting efficiency & consistency. • Understand the business user’s problem and provide appropriate technical solutions. • Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution. • Understand the business needs to progress the required reports for regulatory authorities.
• BSc in Computer science & Engineering (CSE) or Graduation in MIS.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development, Database Management & BI Tools. • Proficiency in SDLC, SQL Server, My SQL, Power BI, Business process automation tools and data analysis tools.
