• Lead the design and execution of a wide range of research (implementation, evaluation- experimental and quasi experimental). • Ensure research projects are time- and cost-efficient and uphold ethical and legal standards. • Identify and pursue funding opportunities from national and international agencies, foundations, and partners. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality, grant-compliant proposals. • Write up research findings and coordinate publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals. • Represent organization’s research work in national and international forums. • Manage day-to-day operations of the research team and mentor junior researchers. • Support the development of internal research standards and staff capacity. • Travel to field sites to support and monitor research implementation where necessary.
• Master’s degree in social sciences or related field; PhD is an advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant research experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in research grant writing and fundraising. • Strong track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
