• Perform market analysis for direct coverage increase and market expansion. • Formulate strategies & plans and implement those through distributors. Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors. • Guide, track, and manage distributor performance to ensure the achievement of revenue targets. • Ensure training of the distributors and their sales team for continuous improvements in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability. • Prepare budgets and manage expenses within the budgets. • Cancel the distributorship whenever necessary. • Any other task assigned by the management.
• Master’s degree in any discipline; MBA will be an added advantage.
• 10 years of experience in managing Large Scale Distributors and Sales Force.
• Flexible to travel extensively. • Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali. • Advance level knowledge of MS Excel. • Proficiency in Power BI will be preferable
