• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (modern trade partners). • Negotiate business terms, product listings, shelf space, and promotional activities with retail chains. • Plan and implement in-store promotions, visibility drives, and trade marketing activities. • Ensure product availability, on-time delivery, and proper inventory management in modern trade outlets. • Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular business reports for management. • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of modern trade operations. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. • Handle disputes, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship with retail chain stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and pricing strategies. • Achieve sales targets, growth, and profitability objectives from the modern trade channel.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel and visit retail partners frequently.
