• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. • Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide value-driven solutions. • Identify business opportunities, issue quotations, process orders, and participate in tenders. • Manage spare parts sales, support service teams, and ensure smooth order execution. • Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and prepare reports to drive business decisions. • Ensure adherence to company policies, improve efficiency in sales processes, and maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in EEE/Marine/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing or machinery.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of the business. • Technical expertise in engines, turbomachinery, compressors, and spare parts sales. • Proven track record in sales, especially in complex sales within the targeted regional market. • Fluency in English. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making ability. • Team player with an intercultural mindset.
