• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client-specific goals. • Utilize evidence-based approaches to address based on clients’ needs. • Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each client. • Collaborate with lead therapists and Occupational therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing assessments. • Ensure therapy plans are aligned with the client’s developmental needs and family priorities. • Communicate progress and concerns with clients’ families and interdisciplinary team members. • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with supervision requirements. • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least 1 year of experience
