• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client-specific goals. • Utilize evidence-based approaches to address clients’ needs. • Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each client. • Gather client history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures • Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions. • Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and client and family feedback. • Communicate progress and concerns with clients’ families and interdisciplinary team members. • Stay updated with current trends and advancements in occupational therapy. • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders. • Promptly reports incidents or concerns according to organizational protocols.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Master’s degree will be given advantage.
• At least 03 years
• Must be fluent in English. • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions. • Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct. organization's policies and health and safety procedures and policies.
