· Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. · Ensure distributor ROI, coverage, stock availability & health. · Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Officers. · Execute visibility, merchandising & activation plans in trade. · Track competitor activity and market dynamics regularly.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Food Category.
· Ability to build and maintain excellent trade relationship utilizing interpersonal skills. · Experience in managing distributors and frontline sales teams. · Strong analytical mindset and performance driven attitude.
