• BSc and MSc (higher degree also welcome) in Computer Science & Engineering or Information & Communication Technology or Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in IT systems development and infrastructure management. At least 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a university, telecom operator, large corporation or ISP environment.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional / Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM) / CISSP / PMP is essential. • Proven track record in ERP operations and the deployment of large-scale university or corporate IT systems. • In-depth knowledge of router/switch configuration, optical fiber systems, CMS platforms, and multiple operating systems. • Experience in web server administration, programming in high-level and low-level languages, and managing network and data security frameworks desirable. • Experience in Senior Leadership role in IT management in USA, UK and Canada based universities is highly preferable
