• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both local and international markets, focusing on expansion and revenue growth. • Lead high-level negotiations with both domestic and international stakeholders to enhance the company’s market presence and profitability. • Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and industry standards, including corporate governance and risk management. • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. • Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and global industry events to promote organizations’ brand and services. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding, order fulfillment, and after-sales support. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to propose strategic adjustments. • Prepare detailed business proposals, MOUs, and presentations tailored to various markets and sectors. • Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. • Maintain updated knowledge on international trade compliance, logistics, and product regulations.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a trading/distribution company dealing with foreign clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. • Strong understanding of international trade, supply chain, and distribution networks. • Ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to execution. • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
