• Develop, lead, and execute strategies to increase monthly & annual revenue set by the management within a defined timeline. • Explore new monetization models, pricing strategies, and service innovations across core business areas. • Drive scalable revenue models in digital marketplaces and the cloud sector. • Identify, evaluate, and launch new business verticals aligned with the company’s core capabilities (e.g., SaaS, AI tools, BPO, remote team leasing, digital consulting). • Conduct feasibility studies and market entry strategies for diversification opportunities. • Guide leadership on risk-managed diversification into adjacent and emerging sectors. • Act as the principal advisor to the CEO and board on strategic direction, market shifts, and innovation priorities. • Develop actionable business plans based on data, insights, and scenario modeling. • Present quarterly strategy reviews and business performance analysis. • Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations, increase cross-team alignment, and improve execution efficiency. • Drive OKRs and KPIs across functions to ensure operational discipline. • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. • Leverage business intelligence tools and market analysis to inform and validate strategy.
• MBA, Master’s in Business Strategy, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic leadership, corporate development, or management consulting.
