• Develop new businesses for corporate department and achieve the yearly target of the department • Maintain regular relationship with clients to provide efficient service and frequently visit clients to maintain liaison. • Initiate, monitor and ensure the smooth completion of pre and post loan disbursement process. • Assess loan application and credit worthiness of prospective borrowers through various financial tools (including market-adjusted ones). • Prepare credit proposals, pre-approval documents/memo, offer letters, rate revision letters, disbursement documents and send to internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure proper documentation process for both pre and post approval of a loan and meeting the audit compliance. • Perform all other interdepartmental duties assigned by the Management
• Bachelor/Masters.
• Over 4 years of experience in client relationship and other relevant fields.
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills to understand new/existing businesses. • Ability to uphold customer service quality while meeting statutory compliance. • Strength and high motivation as a team player with excellent negotiation skills. • Ability to meet performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments, and conditions with limited resources.
