• Research market related products. • Understanding the needs of the customers. • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. • Arrange meetings with potential customers for securing business. • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of formal bidding process. • Collect inquiries from the clients, communicate with commercial department. • Setting targets for half yearly sales. • Negotiate rates with the customer when required. • Innovate new ideas to attract customer and increase company's Sales Volume.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business from any reputed institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in logistics or service sectors.
• Fluent in English (both written and oral). • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and presentable. • Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
